2. Bookings & Payments
Lessons must be prepaid via the website booking system. This process ensures your schedule is secured and helps maintain high quality of service for all students.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24-hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Requests made with less than 24-hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate.
4. Lateness & No‑Shows
All lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. If a student is late, the session cannot be extended beyond its original end time, and the full fee will apply.
5. Technology & Online Lessons
Reliable internet access is a requirement. If a lesson is interrupted due to technical failure on the student's end, JP-Learning cannot offer a refund or partial credit.
6. Student Conduct & Safeguarding
A respectful learning environment is paramount. We maintain zero tolerance for any form of misconduct. Any breach will result in immediate termination of services.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
JP-Learning only collects data necessary to manage bookings and tutoring sessions. We process your data in compliance with GDPR standards to ensure your privacy at all times.
8. Intellectual Property
Materials provided during sessions are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared, or exploited commercially without written consent from JP-Learning.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserves the right to modify these terms at any period. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon their publication on this website.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where JP-Learning operates, excluding its conflict of law principles.
